Terms of Service
Terms for using the HEKI enterprise AI diagnosis and report service.
Last updated: 2026-07-09
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the HEKI website, submitting a diagnosis, viewing a report, or purchasing a deep report, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the diagnosis service.
Description of Service
HEKI provides an online enterprise AI implementation diagnosis. The free diagnosis gives a directional company-level scenario map based on the information you provide and limited public context. The paid deep report adds more detailed scenario mapping, reasoning, roadmap, and internal communication material.
The diagnosis and reports are decision-support material, not a guarantee of implementation results, legal advice, financial advice, or a replacement for professional review of sensitive operational decisions.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and appropriately desensitized information. Do not submit customer lists, trade secrets, credentials, regulated personal data, or other sensitive information unless you have the authority and have removed unnecessary identifiers.
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, reports, or lead data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the diagnosis service.
- Use the service to submit spam, malware, or misleading company information.
Paid Deep Report
The deep report is a one-time digital report unlock. Payment is processed by a third-party payment service. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Unless otherwise required by law, completed digital report purchases are generally not refundable once generation or access has started, but we may review exceptional cases.
Report Use and Intellectual Property
You may use your generated report internally for business discussion and planning. HEKI owns the diagnosis framework, website, templates, prompts, report structure, and underlying service design. You may not resell, scrape, or reproduce the service or report framework as a competing product.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or diagnosis service. We may also update the report framework as the product improves.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the diagnosis, reports, recommendations, payment flow, or inability to access the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
