Privacy and Data Notice
The enterprise AI diagnosis only asks for enough context to judge scenarios. You do not need to submit sensitive business data, and you can use desensitized descriptions.
What we collect
The diagnosis collects email, company name, country or region, company domain, role, industry, company size, company-level context, and optional deep-report details such as data readiness, SOP maturity, owner window, budget window, risk boundaries, meeting intent, and Newsletter opt-in.
What we do not require
You do not need to submit customer lists, contract values, trade secrets, internal accounts, system keys, or any data that cannot be desensitized. Use summaries and anonymized examples where needed.
How the information is used
The information is used to generate the free base report, generate and unlock the deep report, follow up on qualified leads, support diagnosis review meetings, handle Newsletter subscription intent, and improve the diagnosis map.
Who can see it
Diagnosis information is used by the HEKI team for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal information or publish non-desensitized diagnosis content as a public case study.
How you can manage your information
If you need to correct, delete, or stop follow-up communication, contact us through subsequent email or the website contact path and we will handle the request within a reasonable time.
