An AI readiness assessment should not be just a maturity survey

Companies need value, difficulty, and readiness in one decision map.

Maturity is not the goal

“Are we ready for AI?” is too broad. Better questions are: which workflow should go first, can it be done now, and what condition is missing?

Seven dimensions matter

Business value, workflow frequency, data readiness, SOP maturity, owner clarity, budget window, and risk boundaries should be judged together rather than scored in isolation.

Give direction before interpretation

An online diagnosis is useful for directional judgment. Before implementation, teams still need a more detailed interpretation of samples, systems, and organizational constraints.
